My name is Frank Ryan owner of Ram Company since 2007. My father and his partner started this company back in 1970. As a young man my father taught me what it took to be a hard worker and never settle for just okay. Taking pride in my work is second nature. I was taught to be fair in my pricing and do the job correctly. Our philosophy has always been the "Golden Rule", treat others as you would like them to treat you.
I am proud of my company that we reach out to our community to make a difference. Ram Company donates time to a local church to cut, split and deliver wood to those who need wood to survive the cold winters. We have also been a proud sponsor of the Go For Bo Race in the first part of October for the past 7 years. This race helps to house, educate, clothe, feed and give medical attention for children of Bo, Sierra Leone.
I know this might sound strange, but Ram Company is not a commission based company. I'll do my best to fix your equipment before I advise you to replace it. If you decide to replace your system, we customize your install with our in-house sheet metal fabrication. So if there is any duct work that needs to be done, we do it. We DO NOT sub out our sheet metal work, this helps keep the cost down.
Please remember, other companies will entice you with a low fee to check your system and when it is all said and done you've just signed a contract for a new system at a higher price. I'm not here to scare you, but just to inform you of what could happen. Again, I was taught to be honest and fair with folks. That's why we are celebrating 50 years in business this year.
We will provide a thorough exam before deciding to replace your unit. If needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install the highest rated appliances.
Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.
